Scenario: A Project Management Company almost exclusively operating in the Further Education and Health Markets were undergoing restructuring. Increased competition from new companies was squeezing the available margins. Only a few General Managers took the responsibility for business acquisition.

Training/coaching solution: Genesis Business Services assisted with the restructuring and development of a strong management team through training and Executive Coaching. All staff were Brain Profiled and this allowed us to ensure the roles people were filling met their thinking preferences. This meant some jobs had to be reshaped to get the best out of the people. Staff turnover was limited to acceptable levels.The next step was to coach the Management from the MD down to use their whole brain in making people decisions thereby encouraging more risk taking and unlocking the latent creativity of the staff. This process is still in process as this cannot be achieved overnight

Results: A reduction in staff turnover and improved work-life balance throughout the organisation. For example, some staff members opted to work for 4 days per week and this has kept them fresh, motivated , successful and on board.
